Risktrainer is an initiative whose objective is to support the development of occupational safety and health policy at the organizational level. It seeks to generate innovative approaches to risk management on the basis of workers’ actual experience. Recent practices show that the participation of workers in health risk management and in the implementation of prevention measures results is the best cost/efficiency ratio. For the implementation of such a participative risk management, the human factor needs to be considered as a crucial one.
Risktrainer was developed for everyone who’s interested in prevention. More specific it is intended for safety officers and occupational health physicians. It contains a website, a training session and a handbook.
